Scheduled reports

Have a report emailed every day, week or month, at the hour you choose in the time zone you choose, to a teammate or to someone outside the workspace such as your bookkeeper.

Settings → Scheduled reports lists every report this workspace emails on a schedule. Each one goes to one recipient, with the report attached as CSV files.

Adding a schedule

Choose:

  • Report — Sales and margin, Inventory health, Purchase commitments, Settlement reconciliation, Integration quality, Supplier performance, Sales by channel or Money at risk.
  • Cadence — Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • Send day — the weekday for a weekly report, or the day of the month for a monthly one. A daily report has no send day.
  • Time — the hour it goes out.
  • Time zone — the workspace's own zone, or any other. A report for someone in another country can arrive in their morning.
  • Recipient — a member of the workspace, or Someone outside the workspace…, which asks for an email address.

Then select Add schedule.

What each email covers

A daily report covers the previous complete day in the schedule's time zone. A weekly report covers the previous week, and a monthly report the previous month. Each period is sent once.

Very large reports are cut to the same row limit as a download from Reports, and the email says when a file was cut short.

Sending to someone outside the workspace

Only an owner or a finance member can send a report to an outside address. The row shows the address marked (external). The email tells the recipient the workspace scheduled it for that address.

The schedule sends on the authority of the member who set the outside address: whoever created it, or whoever last changed it to a new outside address. If that member leaves the workspace or stops being an owner or finance member, the schedule stops sending.

Stopping a schedule

Select Delete on its row. Planners and finance members can delete the schedules they created; owners and admins can delete any.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and the recipient does not need a Skuvelo account to use it. Unsubscribing pauses the schedule: its row reads (paused) and nothing is sent until someone who manages it selects Resume.
