Exporting your data

Every screen that exports to CSV, and how to take a full copy of your records with you.

Five surfaces export to CSV directly from the interface today, with no export tier, per-export charge, or ticket required: the Products screen (the full item master), the Inventory screen (the whole decision table — stock health, availability with the on-hold/sellable split, cover, value, and the current recommendation), the Orders screen (the whole order book, one row per order), the Finance statements, and every report in the Reports library (inventory health, purchase commitments, supplier performance, settlement reconciliation, sales by channel, and more). A cost the workspace does not know exports as an empty cell rather than a zero, so spreadsheet sums stay honest.

The purchasing and suppliers worklists do not carry their own export button — point people at the Purchase commitments and Supplier performance reports, which carry those records, or at the whole-workspace request path below for anything the reports don't cover.

A complete, single export of the whole workspace is a button, not a request. Settings → Organization has a workspace export that produces the whole account in one file, plus a per-table CSV of anything inside it. It needs an Owner or Admin, because it is the one export that crosses every area of the product at once.

Most everyday requests ("I need my product list," "what's my inventory at risk," "how are my suppliers performing") are served by the Products or Inventory export or the matching report — reach for the single-workspace-export path when someone wants raw records those surfaces don't carry, or genuinely wants all of it at once.
