Who Skuvelo is for

Skuvelo is for people who sell physical products and run a restock cycle — plan, forecast, replenish, monitor, learn — from one picture, whether that starts as a spreadsheet or a live connection.

Skuvelo is for people who sell physical products and have to decide what to buy next. You plan the stock, forecast demand, replenish, watch what actually happened, and feed that back into the next plan. That cycle is the product. Amazon FBA, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, a store, TikTok Shop, Walmart when it ships — or none of them yet. A spreadsheet of products, counts, and history is a complete start. A connection is a better feed into the same cycle, not a different product.

Amazon's restock report is Amazon's. Shopify's reports are Shopify's. Cin7 is a full inventory system with a Cin7-sized bill. Prediko is a Shopify app. Skuvelo is the operating cycle in the middle, at a price a working seller pays. See pricing.

The cycle

Plan. What you have, what's inbound, what the supplier's terms are, what cash the next PO takes.

Forecast. What might sell, including the case where this week does not look like last year.

Replenish. A list: SKU, quantity, why, worst deadline first. You approve the draft PO, or you don't.

Monitor. What actually sold, what landed, what didn't. Rank, a stockout, a pile that isn't moving.

Learn. You knew a promo was coming; you override. Next time the plan sees that. The cycle is the point — not a one-shot reorder number.

How the number is built: How Skuvelo works.

Bring data however you have it

Connect what is live today (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, and the others listed as Live on integrations).

Import a file for everything else. Planned (TikTok Shop today) means use a sales file until it ships. Walmart is not in the catalog yet — file until it is. If this page and integrations ever disagree, believe integrations.

Niches have their own doors because that is how people search, not because the product shrinks:

Not for you if

You make the product from parts, you need software that walks pickers down an aisle, or you want to throw out QuickBooks. When Skuvelo is not the right fit. If a sheet still holds the whole cycle, when the spreadsheet stops being enough.
