Files
Your supplier’s Google Sheet, kept current.
Yes, in open beta. Pick your supplier’s price list in Google’s own file picker once, and Skuvelo re-imports it whenever the supplier edits it, so every reorder is priced from this week’s terms. Nobody has to remember to re-upload, and Skuvelo sees only the sheets you pick.
Google Drive & Sheets
BetaOpen beta: pick a supplier price list in Google Sheets and Skuvelo re-imports it whenever the supplier changes it.
What to expect before you connect
Availability reviewed October 2, 2026
- Brings in
- Supplier price lists from the Google Sheets you pick: unit costs, MOQs, case packs, order multiples and quoted lead times.
- Sends back
- Nothing. Skuvelo only reads the sheets you pick.
- Update cadence
- Checked on a schedule; every change your supplier makes is re-imported on its own. Open beta.
- Before you connect
- A Google account that can open the sheet, and one pick in Google’s own file picker.
- First useful outcome
- Link your supplier’s price list once and every reorder is priced from this week’s terms, not last quarter’s.
- Important limit
- Skuvelo sees only the files you pick, never the rest of your Drive. Products, stock and sales history still come in by upload.
The problem
Suppliers change prices in a shared sheet and nobody tells purchasing, so the next purchase order goes out at last quarter’s cost.
What it does
Reads the Google Sheets you pick through Google’s own file picker, checks them on a schedule, and re-imports every change on its own, applying the same row rules as an uploaded price list.
What it does not
Skuvelo never browses your Drive and never writes to the sheet. Products, stock and sales history come in by upload, and a Google Doc’s text is not imported.
See the plan before connecting anything.
The sample workspace uses realistic data and makes no external changes.
