Yes. Skuvelo buys labels through Shippo. Rates, label purchase, tracking, and webhooks are Live, certified against a real Shippo account. You connect with your own Shippo key; live carrier labels use your live key. Tracking is not written back onto sales-channel orders automatically.

What it does not
Skuvelo does not automatically write tracking numbers back onto sales-channel orders. A label is never retried after an ambiguous provider response, because duplicate postage is worse than a task to review.
