Your 3PL's Extensiv stock, counted in.
Yes, as a read, when your 3PL runs Extensiv Warehouse Manager. Skuvelo reads the units held for you at each facility and keeps one location per facility at that count, about every 15 minutes. The connector is in open beta and read-only.

What to expect before you connect
Availability reviewed October 2, 2026
- Brings in
- On-hand units your 3PL holds for you in Extensiv Warehouse Manager, per facility, matched to your products by SKU.
- Sends back
- Nothing. The connection is read-only.
- Update cadence
- A full stock recount about every 15 minutes, or when you press Sync now. Open beta.
- Before you connect
- Extensiv REST credentials (client id, client secret and user login) and your customer id, all issued by your 3PL.
- First useful outcome
- See each of your 3PL's Extensiv facilities as its own location beside the rest of your inventory.
- Important limit
- Every read is filtered to your own account, so only your stock is counted; Skuvelo never creates orders or receivers in Extensiv.
The problem
Your 3PL runs Extensiv, not you, so its stock count lives in someone else's system until you bring it into your own plan.
What it does
Reads on-hand units held for you at each Extensiv facility, matches them to your products by SKU, and keeps one location per facility. Connect with the REST credentials and customer id your 3PL issues.
What it does not
Skuvelo never creates orders or receivers in Extensiv and never reads stock the 3PL holds for anyone else: every read is filtered to your own account. The connection only reads.
In your restock plan
Units your 3PL holds for you in Extensiv count toward on-hand before the plan recommends a buy, one location per facility, so a reorder never duplicates stock already sitting in the warehouse. The recommendation says how much to reorder and when, and each purchase order’s deposit and balance land in the cash plan on the dates your supplier sets.
