Printing bin and SKU labels for a count
Print bin and SKU labels for the lines on a cycle count, so counters scan a bin to jump to its line, and see count sheets in aisle and bin order.
Open a count on Inventory → Cycle Counts and use Print bin labels or Print SKU labels at the top of the page. Each opens a PDF of 4 × 2 inch barcode labels, ten to a letter sheet (Avery 5163 or any 2 × 5 label stock).
- Bin labels cover every location on this count. Each shows the bin's full path, such as Reno › Aisle 3 › Bin 12. Scanning one on the count jumps to the first uncounted line in that bin.
- SKU labels cover every item on this count. Each one carries the SKU, so it scans to that item anywhere Skuvelo takes a scan, not only on counts.
Labels are Code 128. A SKU with characters Code 128 cannot hold prints as text with no barcode, so you can still read it by eye.
Count sheets in walking order
Count sheets on Inventory → Cycle Counts list lines by aisle and then bin, so Aisle 2 comes before Aisle 10. That order comes from your location setup. When a warehouse or store has no aisles or bins under it, its sheet shows a short Set up locations link. Add aisles and bins there, then move stock into them, and the sheet follows the order you walk.
