Review activity and what your AI assistant did
Filter the activity log by person, area and date, export it, and see exactly what a connected AI assistant read and changed.
Settings → Security → Activity lists who did what in your workspace. Owners and Admins see all of it.
Find a change. Filter by area (Team & roles, Planning, Purchasing and more), by person, and by date. The link in your address bar keeps the filter, so you can share the exact view with a colleague.
Export it. Export CSV downloads everything matching the current filter, up to 50,000 rows. You can export five times an hour; if you reach that, the message tells you when the next export is available. Each export is itself recorded in the log.
What your AI assistant did. On Connect your AI, every connected assistant shows what it did in the last 7 days — how often it read your data and what it wrote, such as draft purchase orders. View activity opens the log filtered to exactly the changes that assistant made. Anything an assistant writes appears as "your name via the assistant", so you can always tell it apart from something you did yourself. Anyone can see their own assistant's activity, not only Owners and Admins.
