Ship and track orders with your own shipping account

Recording that an order shipped and buying its label are the same step when you link your own shipping account.

Get rates and buy a label

Open the order and click Record fulfillment. If a shipping account is linked, click Get rates: fill in ship-from and ship-to addresses and the parcel's dimensions and weight, then Get rates shops live carrier rates through that account. Pick a rate and click Buy label to purchase it.

Skuvelo never buys postage on your behalf and never bills you for a label — every label is bought straight through your own linked account, at your account's own rates.

Typed tracking numbers

If you'd rather ship outside this flow, or don't have a shipping account linked, you can still record a carrier and tracking number by hand. Skuvelo checks a hand-typed number against the carrier's published format and warns you if it doesn't look right, for example "This doesn't look like a UPS number" with an example of the expected format — but it's only a warning, never a block, so an unusual but valid number is never refused.

Tracking after you ship

A label bought through your linked account is tracked automatically from then on; the order's shipping status reflects what the carrier reports — things like in transit, out for delivery, delivered, delayed, or a problem the carrier flagged — rather than lagging behind at whatever Skuvelo last knew. Delivery problems the carrier reports surface in Flagged Items & Approvals so they're not something you have to notice yourself on the order page.

No linked account

Without a shipping account linked, the fulfilment form falls back to manual entry only — carrier, tracking number and tracking URL, typed in by hand — with a link to connect your shipping account right there if you'd rather buy labels and get automatic tracking going forward.
