Canceling your subscription and what happens to your data

How to cancel from Settings → Billing, what access you keep until the period ends, and what happens to your data afterwards.

The short version: you own your data, canceling is your call, and Skuvelo has no reason to keep your data once your account closes.

What Skuvelo keeps while you're subscribed

Skuvelo keeps your imported history — orders, products, suppliers, everything you connected or uploaded — for as long as you're a subscriber, because that's what makes forecasting and replenishment work. Keeping it cached while you're subscribed is purely so Skuvelo doesn't have to re-fetch your history from your store every time you open it.

Canceling your subscription

Cancel from Settings → Billing, using the in-app Cancel subscription button — not the linked Stripe page, which only handles your payment method and invoices (see how billing works for that distinction). Confirm with Yes, cancel my subscription, and you keep full access for the rest of your current billing period; there are no further charges after that.

Changed your mind before the period ends? A Keep my subscription button appears in the same place while the cancellation is pending, and using it fully reverses it — nothing about your data changes either way until the period actually ends.

What happens to your data after that

Once your current billing period ends, your account closes and enters a 35-day window before anything is deleted — well inside the up-to-90-day window described in our privacy policy. During those 35 days the closure is reversible: reopening your subscription (yourself, or by asking support to do it for you) restores everything exactly as it was. If the window elapses without that, your data — products, orders, suppliers, everything you imported — is deleted automatically. You don't need to file a separate request for that to happen, and there's no faster, immediate-wipe option today: even a closure that support initiates on your behalf runs on the same 35-day clock.

If you want to know exactly where your account stands relative to that window, contact support and they can tell you.

Refunds

Refunds aren't automatic, and support can't approve or deny one on the spot — every refund request is reviewed individually. If you're asking for one, contact support with what happened, which charge, and what you're asking for; they'll pass it along for review. Nobody can promise a specific outcome upfront, and nobody will tell you "no refunds" either — every request gets a real look.

A separate, shorter clock for your customers' data

This is separate from an individual buyer's personal information tied to one of your orders. That follows its own, shorter clock — typically redacted around 30 days after delivery — regardless of your own subscription status.
