Recategorising or rebranding many items at once

Set or clear the category or brand of up to 500 existing items in one step with Bulk maintain.

Bulk maintain on Products changes one field across many existing items in one step. It needs an owner, admin or planner; other roles do not see the button.

  1. Choose Bulk maintain.
  2. Select the items — up to 500 at a time. Hold Shift, or Command/Ctrl, to pick more than one.
  3. Choose the field, Category or Brand, and type the new value, or tick Clear this field instead to empty it.
  4. Choose Apply to N items, which names how many you picked.

Every selected item gets the same value. Each change is recorded as a manual override on the item and audited. Other fields are changed on the item's own page.
