Connect TikTok Shop (beta)

TikTok Shop is in an open beta and connects a TikTok Shop sandbox seller account only. It is listed on Integrations with a Beta pill. Your production TikTok Shop cannot be connected yet; use the beta to try the connection with TikTok's sandbox data.

Before you start

You need the owner or admin role in Skuvelo, and the login for a TikTok Shop sandbox seller account. A demo workspace cannot connect TikTok Shop. If the TikTok Shop card says the beta isn't switched on for your deployment, there is nothing to connect yet.

Connecting

1. Open Integrations and choose the TikTok Shop card.
2. Click Continue to TikTok Shop.
3. Sign in to your TikTok Shop sandbox seller account and approve the access Skuvelo asks for.
4. TikTok sends you back to Skuvelo, and the TikTok Shop connection appears in the list.

A workspace holds one TikTok Shop connection. Authorizing again refreshes that connection rather than adding a second one.

What Skuvelo reads

• Products. Each TikTok SKU is matched to your item by its seller SKU.
• Orders. Paid orders from the last 30 days on the first sync, then every order TikTok has updated since. Sample orders and free gift lines are left out, because nobody paid for them.
• Available quantity. Shown for reference only. It never sets your on-hand stock and never counts as your opening stock.

Skuvelo checks TikTok for updates every 15 minutes.

What Skuvelo never does

The beta is read-only. Skuvelo never sends stock, prices or order changes to TikTok, and it does not keep buyer names, email addresses or shipping addresses.

Disconnecting

Disconnect TikTok Shop from the connection on Integrations. Skuvelo asks TikTok to remove its access to your shop, deletes the stored tokens and stops syncing. If TikTok does not answer, Skuvelo still disconnects on its side. TikTok orders already imported stay in Skuvelo.
