Connecting your sales channels
What's in the integrations directory, what each connector actually does today, and how to connect one.
Integrations, under Options in the left rail, is one directory for every channel Skuvelo can connect — online stores, marketplaces, point of sale, accounting, and shipping — plus your existing connections shown first, with their health.
Read the status badge before you connect
Every connector in the directory is labeled honestly, not marked "available" by default:
- Live — certified against a real account on that platform (a real Shopify store, a real QuickBooks company, and so on). This is the normal, supported state.
- Testing — the connection, sync, and webhook handling are built, but certification against a real seller account is still in progress. Expect rough edges.
- Planned — no direct connector yet. Where a platform shows Planned, the spreadsheet and CSV import workflows are available now as the way in.
Read the badge on the tile you're about to connect rather than assuming every tile in the directory behaves the same way.
Connecting a channel
Click Connect on a tile, and for most connectors that opens an OAuth flow: you enter your store's own address (for a platform like Shopify) or generate an API key (for platforms like Shippo and ShipStation), approve access on that platform's own screen, and return to Skuvelo automatically. Every connect page states plainly what access it's asking for — a store-scoped token, stored envelope-encrypted, never a password.
A new connection starts in Observe mode regardless of which channel it is: Skuvelo reads your catalog and order history and shows you what it sees, but nothing is written back to your store until you explicitly arm write access. No connector for your channel yet?
Settings → Import Data brings products, stock counts, sales history, and purchase history in from spreadsheets, independent of any channel connection. Re-uploading the same file never writes the same row twice, and if some rows have problems, the good rows still import while the problem rows are reported line by line rather than failing the whole file.
