Does Skuvelo send stock or reorder alerts?
Skuvelo does not push a text, email or in-app alert when a SKU nears or crosses its reorder point today. Here's what it does instead, and where to check the numbers yourself.
Short answer: no. Skuvelo does not send a text, email or push notification when a SKU's stock falls toward, or below, its reorder point. There is no setting that turns one on, because the feature does not exist yet.
What Skuvelo does instead
A SKU that falls to, or below, its reorder point is counted in Below reorder point today on the Inventory screen, so a glance at that screen tells you what needs attention right now. Nothing about that count is pushed to you — it requires opening the app and looking. See the reorder points and safety stock guide for how the reorder point itself is calculated and where else it surfaces.
What Skuvelo notifies you about today
Skuvelo does email some things without being asked: a PO waiting on your approval, and a PO that's gone overdue against its supplier's promised date. Neither is triggered by a stock level — both are PO events, not inventory events. A SKU can cross its reorder point without generating either.
If you want to catch it earlier
Until a stock-level alert ships, the closest working habit is checking Below reorder point today on Inventory as part of a daily or weekly routine, the same way you'd check email. For a fast-moving SKU, raising its Safety-stock floor (covered in the reorder points and safety stock guide) leaves more warning time before it reaches the reorder point at all, which is a workaround, not a notification.
