Compare your channels

Channel trends, near the top of Integrations, puts every connection in one row so you can see which one needs attention without opening each card.

Each row shows three things over the last 7 or 30 days (choose at the top right):

• Sync success. The share of finished syncs that worked, with a small line of each day's rate. A connection below 95% is marked At Risk; at 95% or above it is Healthy. A day with no sync is left out of the line.
• Orders. How many orders the connection brought in, with a line of the daily count.
• Oldest payout waiting. How many days ago the oldest shipped order that is still waiting for its payout was placed. This is today's figure and uses the same rules as the payout figures on Finance, so the two screens always agree.

Choose a column heading to put the worst connection for that measure first. The worst connection for each measure is highlighted, with one line that says why, for example "eBay: 3 of 14 syncs failed this week". There is no line when nothing is wrong.

On a phone each connection is a card with the same figures. Every small chart also has a text description for screen readers.

Owners, admins and anyone who can view integrations see the trends. The sample workspace does not show them.
