Building bundles from the product page

Make a product a bundle of other products, change what it contains, and see how bundle sales add demand to each component.

A bundle is a product that is sold as one item but shipped as several, such as a gift set made of a mug and two coffee bags. Skuvelo holds no stock of the bundle itself. Each sale takes stock from its components instead. Building or changing a bundle needs an owner, admin or planner.

Create a bundle

Open the product you sell as a bundle from Products. In the Bundle contents card, click Add component, choose an item and enter how many go into one bundle. Repeat for each component and save. A product with variants cannot also be a bundle.

Change what a bundle contains

Open the bundle and use Bundle contents again. Change a quantity, click Remove beside a component you no longer include, or add a new one, then save. The change applies to sales from then on.

See which bundles use an item

Open a component product. Its Used in card lists every bundle it ships inside and how many go into each one. If you can see stock and purchasing, each line also shows the demand those bundles add to this item over the planning horizon and per week, for example 64 over 8 weeks (8/week). The horizon figure is the same one the item's inventory page shows under what it is needed for. Skuvelo counts that demand when it suggests orders for the component.

Try the plan on your own stock.
