Guide
Change connector settings and sync on demand
Rename a connection, choose which locations count toward a channel's stock, run a sync now, and read the sync history.
Open Integrations, choose a connection, and choose Configure. Owners and admins can change the settings on that page. Everyone else who can see integrations sees the same page read-only.
What you can change
- Name. Your own label for the connection, such as "Europe". It is shown wherever the connection appears. Clear it to go back to the name the platform gives it.
- What Skuvelo may do. Most channels are read-only: Skuvelo pulls orders, products and payouts and never writes back. Shopify can also be set to send fulfillments back to Shopify.
- Locations counted for eBay. Once a day Skuvelo compares the quantity eBay lists with what your locations hold. Untick a location that never ships eBay orders, such as a 3PL or a returns area, and it is left out of that comparison.
Sign-in details, permissions and which account is connected change only by reconnecting. The settings page does not offer them, and a request that tries to change them is refused.
Every saved change is recorded in the audit log with what it was before and after.
Sync now
The Sync card shows the schedule behind "last synced", for example "Every 15 minutes". Sync now queues the same sync the schedule runs, so it does exactly what the next scheduled sync would do, only sooner. The card shows when it is queued, running and done, and the error type if it fails.
Each connection can be synced by hand once every 10 minutes. A second click inside that window tells you when it is available again. The sample workspace does not sync.
For QuickBooks, Sync now reads vendors, bills and item costs right away. Receipts still export as they happen.
Sync history
The card lists the last 20 syncs with when each started, what started it (schedule, Sync now, a webhook, or the first sync), whether it worked, and how many orders it read. History older than 30 days is removed.
Supplier data from this connection
The page also shows which supplier details the connection fills in by itself: suppliers from vendors, unit costs, and payment terms. See Supplier data from your integrations.
