Check connector health

See for every connection when it last synced, how often its syncs fail, when its credential expires, and how far behind it is.

Connector health, at the top of Integrations, lists every connection you have with four checks. On a phone each connection is a card; on a wider screen it is one table.

  • Last sync. The date and time of the last successful sync, in UTC. A sync more than 24 hours old is marked with an orange dot. Some connections, such as file imports, do not sync on a schedule and show Not tracked.
  • Error rate. The share of syncs that failed over the last 7 or 30 days, with the count, for example "3% (1 of 40)". Above 5% is marked with an orange dot. This uses the same syncs as Channel trends, so the two always agree. It shows Not available in the read-only sample.
  • Credential expiry. When the key or token you gave us expires, if the provider told us. It turns orange within 30 days and red once expired.
  • Lag. How far behind now the last sync is. A disconnected connection shows Disconnected in red.

The line above the table says how many connections need attention. Choose a connection's name to open its card, where Reconnect appears whenever its credential has expired or it has been disconnected. Only an owner or admin can reconnect.
