Training

There are no live webinars. Training is on-demand guides: Training takes you through Skuvelo in learning order, one guide at a time. Help can walk you through any step in chat right now. Work through the guides below in order. Each one builds on the last one, and the times are for reading the guide and doing it in your own account. You can stop at any step and pick up where you left off.

1. Your first week (about 30 minutes)

The first-week guide takes you from importing your data to entering your counts and reading your first reorder recommendation.

2. Connect your sales channels (about 15 minutes)

Connecting your sales channels links your store or marketplace from Integrations, so orders and counts flow in on their own and the plan works from real sales.

3. Planning (about 20 minutes)

Understanding planning and replenishment explains how Skuvelo decides what to reorder and when, and what it uses to get there. You read the result on Replenishment.

4. Purchasing (about 20 minutes)

Creating and managing purchase orders turns a recommendation into a purchase order on Purchasing, gets it approved and sends it to your supplier.

5. Receiving (about 10 minutes)

The Receive a purchase order section of Creating and managing purchase orders books the delivery in when it arrives, so your counts and your plan update. Overdue shipments covers a delivery that is late.
